So magical, and a wonderful use of stocks!

First of all, I think this landscape is well composed -- with the background, middle-ground, and foreground kept in mind. It has a sense of depth, which is something important when it comes to landscapes

In terms of concept, I really like how the sun seems be really deep into the piece. Unlike most landscapes, you used the sun as more of an accent than a main ingredient. It made the piece feel really three-dimensional, and I can't help but stare for long periods of time wishing I was in it. It really speaks to me, and I think that's because I'm always at awe with Earth and Mother Nature itself. Mother Nature being presented in an almost surreal manner is breathtaking.

However, where I'm having trouble with this piece is the lighting. I'm a little confused with where the lighting is going, and it's a little distracting from the overall impact. The sunlight is seeping through the mountains, but there is also light at the right side of the piece. Where is that light coming from? The sun's rays can't possibly reach that area, and this sentiment also applies (like the left bottom area) where the light sources are questionable. Also, I think a bit more contrast will give it more dimension, and make it more alive than it already is.

Other than, I like it. It's an experience.
